1、农村党员干部“素质提升工程工作总结 农村党员干部“素质提升工程工作总结xx镇在全镇农村党员干部中实施“提升文化层次、提升创业技能、提升效劳本领为内容的“素质提升工程。现将2023年来的工作小结如下: 首先,我镇从现任村“两委成员和后备干部中,按照条件,遴选参加学历教育的初步人选,经村党组织集体研究、乡镇党委审核后,报市委组织部审批。我镇已有24名45岁以下的同志,参加了滁州市委组织部、天长市组织部组织的“一村一名大学生教育培训。其次,开展了农村党员主题教育活动,目前参加主题教育活动的党员达845名,举办培训班3期,参训的党员、干部452人次。1、制定培训方案。为深化“双培双带先锋工程,提高党员
2、带头致富和带着群众共同致富的“双带本领,我镇制定了农村党员培训规划和年度方案,每名党员接受集中培训时间不少于3天,使大多数参训者特别是青壮年党员真正掌握一门以上农业实用技术,或具备一种以上职业技能。2、改良培训方式。针对农村党员人数多、自身情况差异大的实际,把普遍培训与重点培训、课堂学习与基地实践、在线学习与典型示范有机结合起来。一是利用“电视上网工程,组织党员在村组织活动场所收看、学习。二是以镇为单位,举办“双培双带培训班,重点培训“双培双带户和农村专业合作经济组织党员负责人。三是依托“双培双带示范基地,组织党员进行了集中观摩学习。在牧马湖渔场建立了水产养殖数千亩示范基地,采取基地带动农户致
