4、ials that have high percentages of dissolved gases thatcannot be handled under reasonable cooling temperatures andat normal atmospheric pressure without losses of these volatilecomponents.1.2 This practice is applicable to automated ampule fillingand sealing machines as well as to manual ampule fill
