10、been processed in any manner except by washing,dusting,chemical treatment,and sanitizing.feathers,crushed,nfeathers and feather fiber resulting fromcurling,crushing,or chopping feathers without removing thequill.feathers,damaged,nfeathers that have been broken,dam-aged by insects,by mildew or rot,or
