4、and recyclable.This classifi-cation system allows for the use of those materials providedthat all the specific requirements of this classification systemare met.1.2 The properties included in this standard are thoserequired to identify the compositions covered.Other require-ments necessary to identi

16、ces3.Terminology3.1 The terminology used in this classification system is inaccordance with Terminologies D883 and D1600.4.Classification4.1 Styrene-maleic anhydride materials are classified intogroups according to their use either for injection molding,orfor extrusion.These groups are subdivided into classes andgrades,as shown in Table S/MA.NOTE2An example of this classification system is as follows:Thedesignation S/MA 211 would indicate:S/MA=Styrene-maleic anhydride,2=injection-molding resin(g
