3、 and extrusion.This specification allows for the use ofacetal plastic materials that are recycled,reconstituted,recycled-regrind,recovered,or reprocessed,or combinationthereof,provided that the requirements as stated in thisspecification are met.It is the responsibility of the supplier andthe buyer
4、of recycled,reconstituted,recycled-regrind,recov-ered,or reprocessed acetal plastic materials,or combinationthereof,to ensure compliance.(See Guide D 5033).1.2 The properties included in this classification are thoserequired to identify the compositions covered.There may beother requirements necessa
5、ry to identify particular character-istics important to specialized applications.These may bespecified by using the suffixes as given in Section 5.1.3 This classification and subsequent line callout are in-tended to provide a means of calling out plastic materials usedin the fabrication of end items
6、 or parts.It is not intended for theselection of materials.Material selection should be made bythose having expertise in the field of plastics design aftercareful consideration of the design and the performancerequired of the part,the environment to which it will beexposed,the fabrication process to
