5、3.1 This specification gives the requirements for rubberizedtar suitable for constructing bituminous concrete pavement.4.Requirements4.1 The rubberized tar shall consist of unvulcanized acry-lonitrile butadiene rubber(NBR),solid or latex,containingnecessary additives preblended with high-temperature
6、,residualcoke oven tar conforming to the requirements prescribed inTable 1.The rubberized tar shall conform to the requirementsprescribed in Table 2.4.2 The blending operation of the tar with the rubber andsubsequent storage of the rubberized tar blend shall be carriedout in equipment free from cont
7、amination by asphaltic,petro-leum,or other noncoke oven tar materials.The rubberized tarshall be held in storage(which may be in either the manufac-turing equipment or approved storage tanks)for a minimum of20 h or until testing is completed.5.Sampling5.1 Take samples of rubberized tar in accordance
