15、blending aproportional mass of each material in a dry powder blendersuch as a biconical blender or vee blender.A mortar and pestlemay be used for blending small quantities.5.1.2 Formula 1A shall apply to the general-purpose non-pigmented,non-oil-extended rubber types.It is also specifiedin Internati
