7、Coal tar roof cement shall consist of a processed coal tarbase,volatile solvents,and mineral fillers including asbestosfibers,mixed to a smooth,uniform consistency suitable fortrowel application.4.Composition4.1 The composition of coal tar roof cement shall conformto the requirements prescribed in T
8、able 1.5.Performance Requirements5.1 UniformityA thoroughly stirred sample shall show noseparation of solvent or settling that cannot be overcome bymoderate stirring after standing for 72 h at room temperature ina closed container.5.2 WorkabilityThe cement shall be of such a consistencythat it will
