16、 of the volatilecontent of coatings.It is considered to be applicable to mostsolvent-reducible and water-reducible paints.4.3 High Performance Interior Architectural Wall Coatings(HIPAC)Determine the nonvolatile content of HIPAC coat-ings in accordance with Test Methods D1644.Calculate thevolatile content(weight%)by difference.4.3.1 Method A3 h at 105C for paints with nonsolventcomponents that decompose at higher temperature.4.3.2 Method B10 min at 149C for most paints withnonsolvent components
