10、ing preconditioning arebrought to relatively low moisture content in a specifiedatmosphere.Samples or specimens not requiring pre-conditioning are brought to moisture equilibrium(specific tofiber-content)according to the standard atmospheres for testingtextiles as shown in Table 1.4.2 Understanding
11、of tolerance and uncertainty of measure-ment has evolved since the creation of the original version ofthis standard.Due to this new understanding,uncertainty ofmeasurement has been taken into account in determiningacceptable tolerances for the standard atmospheres for testingtextiles as shown in Tab
