5、crimp,taper,and cross-sectional shape of the fibermay influence the linear density measured by single-fiberweighing and vibroscope.1.3 These test methods measure the linear density of fiberswith moisture in equilibrium with the standard atmosphere fortesting textiles.The fiber moisture under these c
6、onditions is notnecessarily the same as the commercial moisture regain for thefibers.1.4 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to be regarded separately as standard.The values stated ineach system are not exact equivalents;therefore,each systemshall be used independently of the
