11、tes shall be sized,graded,proportioned,andmixed with such proportions of cementitious material,water,and admixtures,if any,to produce a thoroughly mixed concreteof such quality that the precast product will conform to the testand design requirements of the relevant specification.4.2 Cementitious Mat
