15、rovided that they are reported with thetest data.7.Preparation of Mortar7.1 Prepare a 1000-g sample of mortar,using proportionateamounts of filler and liquid as recommended by the manufac-turer.If the proportions specified are by volume,weigh thematerials and report the corresponding proportions by
16、weight.Pour an appropriate amount of liquid into the pan,graduallyadd the powder to the liquid resin,and mix thoroughly with thetrowel until a uniform mixture is obtained(this shall becomplete within 3 min).Continue the mixing operation for 1min after an apparently uniform mixture is obtained.Spreadout the mortar in a layer of uniform thickness covering theentire surface of the mixing pan.7.2 For a multicomponent resin mortar,the procedure de-scribed in 7.1 may be modified slightly to permit the
