12、s in all crosssections and lengths produced in accordance with Section 6shall be determined by the results of cylinder compression testsof the placed concrete and mill certificates for the reinforcingsteel and cement.A written statement,signed by themanufacturer,shall verify that the cement,aggregat
13、e,admixtures,and reinforcing steel conform to the specificationsfor materials in Section 5 and that the preparation ofequipment,mixing,conveying,placing,consolidating,andcuring meet requirements of the applicable standard specifica-tions.The concrete strength as determined by the cylinder1This speci
