3、mum-wall-thickness,electric-resistance-welded,carbon-molybdenumandchromium-molybdenum alloy-steel,boiler and superheatertubes.1.2 The tubing sizes and thicknesses usually furnished tothis specification are12to 5 in.12.7 to 127 mm in outsidediameter and 0.035 to 0.320 in.0.9 to 8.1 mm,inclusive,inmin
4、imum wall thickness.Tubing having other dimensions maybe furnished,provided such tubes comply with all otherrequirements of this specification.1.3 Mechanical property requirements do not apply totubing smaller than18in.3.2 mm in inside diameter or 0.015in.0.4 mm in thickness.1.4 An optional suppleme
5、ntary requirement is provided fornon-destructive examination for certain ASME applications.1.5 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to be regarded separately as standard.The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents;therefore,eachsystem shall be used independent

11、his specification.In case of con-flicts with the requirements of this specification and Specifi-cation A1016/A1016M,this specification shall prevail.5.Materials and Manufacture5.1 The steel shall be killed.5.2 The tubes shall be made by electric-resistance welding.5.3 Heat Treatment5.3.1 After weldi
