9、designation,and3.1.9 Special requirements.4.General Requirements4.1 Product furnished under this specification shall conformto the applicable requirements of Specification A1016/A1016M,unless otherwise provided herein.5.Manufacture5.1 The tubes shall be made by the seamless or weldedprocess with no
10、filler metal added.6.Heat Treatment6.1 All tubes shall be furnished in the heat-treated conditionin accordance with the procedures shown in Table 2.Forseamless tubes,as an alternate to final heat treatment in acontinuous furnace or batch-type furnace,immediately follow-ing hot forming while the temp
11、erature of the tubes is not lessthan the specified minimum solution treatment temperature,tubes may be individually quenched in water or rapidly cooledby other means.7.Chemical Composition7.1 The steel shall conform to the chemical requirementsprescribed in Table 1.1This specification is under the j
