11、r must so state indicating whichtests or inspections are to be witnessed.7.Material and Manufacture7.1 Pipe shall be made from flat-rolled alloy by an auto-matic welding process with no addition of filler metal.Subse-quent to welding and prior to final solution treatment,Class 1and Class 2 material
