9、fic to This Standard:3.1.1 chemicalsanitizingcommercialdishwashingmachinesmachines that uniformly wash,rinse,and sanitizeeating and drinking utensils.The machines shall be capable ofremoving physical soil from properly racked and prescrapeditems,and sanitizing multiple-use eating and drinking utensi

10、ls.The dishwashing machines shall consist of the followingprincipal parts:legs,wash chamber hood,tank,doors,sprayassemblies,pumps,motors,controls,piping,valves,and ac-cessories.4.Classification4.1 GeneralDishwashing machines shall be of the types,styles,classes,size,and capacity group as specified i

11、n 4.2-4.4.All dishwashing machines of the same classification,model,ormaterial list designation furnished with similar options under aspecific purchase order shall be identical to the extent neces-sary to ensure interchangeability of component parts,assem-blies,accessories,and spare parts.4.2 Types:

12、4.2.1 Type I(Straight-Through Model)This machine isused in line with the table on each side.4.2.2 Type II(Corner Model)This machine is used incorner placement forming a 90(1.57 rad)side.4.3 Styles and Classes:1This specification is under the jurisdiction of ASTM Committee F26 on FoodService Equipmen
