16、manufacturers usage of highquality materials produced under regular control of chemicaland physical properties by a recognized process.The manu-facturer shall be prepared to submit certification of compliance,verifying that his product has been so produced and that it hasbeen manufactured from material with chemical and physicalproperties at least equal to the requirements of the appropriatestandard or specification listed in 4.3 of this specification orSection II of the ASME Boiler and Pressure
