4、rativeassessments of final whole building designs relative to refer-ence building designs take account of the relevant buildingfeatures,life cycle stages,and related activities in similarfashion for both the reference and final building designs of thesame building.1.3 The criteria do not deal with b
5、uilding occupantbehavior,possible future changes in building function,buildingrehabilitation or retrofit,or other matters that cannot beforeseen or reasonably estimated at the design or permittingstage,or both where this practice applies.1.4 Only environmental impacts and aspects of sustainabil-ity
