3、chines in the size range(as expressed by bowl capacity)from 5 to 140 qt.These machines shall be adaptable formixing,whipping,and beating food products.This specifica-tion does not include special purpose machines that areintended solely for mixing dough.1.2 This specification also covers optional co

4、nstructionfeatures and attachments that enhance the mixing,beating,orwhipping capabilities of the machine.This specification doesnot cover ancillary equipment that can be driven by theattachment hub.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard.The values given in parenthes
