16、d mandrel is then placed inan oven to cure the tube.6.3 Base Materials:6.3.1 Cotton Fabric ConstructionThe material shall con-sist of a woven cotton fabric substrate impregnated and bondedwith a phenolic resin matrix and processed to meet therequirements of this specification(see Table 3).Finished fabricshall be de-sized,washed,and bleached,with remainingimpurities per acetone extraction,not greater than 1.5%afterfinishing.See 8.5 for method of test.6.3.2 PaperType PB tubes shall be made from a
