15、st Tire”and“F2871”.5.Materials and Manufacture5.1 The individual standard reference test tires shall con-form to the manufacturers design standards.5.2 Tread compound,fabric processing,and all the steps intire manufacturing shall be controlled to ensure minimumvariability between tires.5.3 The stand
