11、ghtcommercial buildings.5.Classification5.1 Sheet Vinyl floor covering shall conform to the follow-ing.5.1.1 The binder content of the PVC-pattern portion of thewear layer(vinyl resins,plasticizers,and stabilizers)shall be aminimum of 50%.A clear specialty performance layer(s)usedas the top layer is
