7、 gyroplane,npowered rotorcraft designedin accordance with Specification F2352.3.1.2 manufacturer,nany entity engaged in the productionof a light sport gyroplane aircraft or light sport gyroplaneaircraft kit.4.Significance and Use4.1 The purpose of this practice is to establish a method bywhich safet
8、y of flight issues are discovered,evaluated,andcorrected for the purpose of maintaining operational safety ofa light sport gyroplane aircraft.5.Current Owner List Documentation5.1 A current owner list will be maintained by the manu-facturer that includes all aircraft in service by serial numberand r
9、egistration number,together with the name and address ofthe owner.5.2 In cases where the presiding aviation authority recordsof registered owners is sufficient for tracking aircraft and themanufacturer has access to such records,the manufacturer mayelect to utilize such records for complying with th
10、is section.6.Responsibilities of the Manufacturer6.1 ManufacturersResponsibilitiesLSAgyroplanemanufacturers shall develop and implement a system ofreceiving,evaluating,and correcting safety of flight andservice difficulty issues.6.1.1Manufacturer shall evaluate all safety of flight andservice diffic
11、ulty reports and shall initiate corrective action asneeded to correct any safety of flight related issues.6.1.2 Manufacturer shall not use notices of corrective actionto promote or make mandatory non-safety of flight relatedequipment upgrades or additions.6.1.3 The manufacturer shall provide with th
12、e delivery ofeach LSA gyroplane documented continued airworthinessinstructions in the English language.These instructions shallinclude at least the following:6.1.3.1 A method for the owner/operator to reportmaintenance,service,andsafetydifficultiestothemanufacturer,in accordance with Section 8.1This
