6、k/pedal assembly.4.Classification4.1 Condition 2 bicycle frame.5.Performance Requirements5.1 The bicycle frame shall be tested in accordance with themethods of Test Methods F2711,the Horizontal LoadingFatigue test,Vertical Loading Fatigue test,and the ImpactStrength test.5.1.1 Horizontal Loading Fat
7、igue TestThe frame shall betested and must complete a minimum 50 000 cycles with acyclic load of 800 N tensile and 600 N compressive.5.1.2 Vertical Loading Fatigue TestThe frame shall betested and must complete a minimum 50 000 cycles with acyclic load of 1200 N to 120 N load in the compressivedirec
8、tion.5.1.3 Impact Strength TestThe frame shall be tested witha drop height of 180 mm,and the permanent set of the frameand fork shall be less than 40 mm.6.Rejection and Rehearing6.1 Frames that fail to meet the requirements of thisstandard shall be rejected.7.Certification7.1 When specified in the p
9、urchase order or contract,thepurchaser shall be furnished certification that specimens havebeen either tested or inspected as directed in this specificationand the requirements have been met.When specified in thepurchase order or contract,a report of the test results shall befurnished.8.Keywords8.1
