8、on from Renssalaer Polytechnic Insti-tute in 1949.During his career,he has shared unselfishly his expertise on many pile foundation organizational committees for the American Society of Civil Engineers,American Concrete Institute,Prestressed Concrete Insti-tute,and Transportation Research Board as w
9、ell as ASTM.In addition he has participated in the develop-ment of building code requirements for pile foundations,served as editor and principal writer of Foundation Facts,contributed piling information to numerous text-books,publications,symposia and recently authored En-gineering of Pile Installa
