3、idge122234580特辑：工业遗存，价值重塑Feature:ReshapingtheValueofIndustrialHeritage力波啤酒文化广场鸟瞰 Aerial view of REEB Brewery Culture Square812022.9 建筑实践ArchitecturalPractice在当下的城市更新潮流中，面对不断变化的商业模式、受众需求，设计呈现出不同的姿态。但我们认为，尊重并强化场所精神，寻求历史与现代的有机平衡，始终是城市更新的灵魂。“力波啤酒”曾是上海啤酒的代名词，传承了一代老上海人的时代情怀。随着时境变迁，力波啤酒厂一度淡出了人们的生活，如今，以城市更新
4、为契机，老厂房拥有了重生的机会。项目的主要设计内容包括力波啤酒厂西厂区旧址的部分单体以及锅炉房烟囱的改造更新。因其项目特殊性，设计手段主要以修缮和保留为主。设计师关注场所精神的延续和营造，通过对现状进行综合研判，将最具工业历史符号性的 60m 锅炉房烟囱定义为塑造场所精神的“灯塔”，以烟囱所在的区域“灯塔广场”为核心空间，打造时光地标。东西地块联动考虑，整体规划结构，以“灯塔广场”为源点组织周边建筑的关系。通过“疏+导”的设计手段，将原渣仓敞开，并定义为室外灰空间，开辟“灯塔广场”与益梅路之间的视觉通廊，打破场地原本与周边的封闭关系，将主动线连接至核心空间，进而引入人流和活动，形成了充满生机的
5、建筑序列轴。时光虽然带走了工厂的繁荣，留下高耸的烟囱，斑驳的墙面和锈蚀的钢架，但这些遗迹却恰恰是能唤起人们心中记忆的元素与符号，对于塑造重生后的建筑氛围至关重要。因此在对单体的改造过程中，对于不影响结构安全的老旧部分均予以保留，以“保留结构+焕新表皮”的设计手法，在个别部分选择暴露以老厂房原始的结构纹理。为了能够兼顾满足新时代条件下的功能需求，同时保留工业厂房自身的性格特征，建筑新表皮材料上选用了银白色铝板与古铜色铝板，形成折线建筑造型，孔洞图案有机渐变，而原始结构又在其中若隐若现。新的形象形成简洁现代的视觉观感，又在细节中渗透着对历史的回应。从场所到建筑，从整体到细节，设计在每个环节探寻着历

11、lways the soul of urban renewal.REEB Beer was once synonymous with Shanghai beer,passing on the sentiments of a generation of old Shanghainese.With the change of time,REEB Brewery once faded out of peoples life,but now the old factory has a chance to be reborn due to the opportunity of urban renewal
12、.The main design content of the project includes the renovation and renewal of some of the mono-liths of the west site of REEB Brewery and the chimney of the boiler house.Due to the specificity of the project,the design approach is mainly based on restoration and preservation.Based on the concern ab
13、out the continuation and creation of the genius loci,the architects make a comprehensive evaluation of the current situation,and determine the site strategy of creating a time landmark with lighthouse square as the core space to organize the relationship between surrounding buildings.The de-sign met
14、hod of clearing+guiding is used to open the original slag warehouse and define it as outdoor gray space.The visual corridor between lighthouse square and Yimei Road is opened and the flow of people and activities are introduced,forming a vibrant architectural sequence axis.Although time has taken aw
15、ay the prosperity of the factory,leaving behind towering chimneys,mottled walls and rusted steel frames,these relics are precisely the elements and symbols that can evoke memories in peoples minds and are crucial to shaping the atmosphere of the reborn building.The design of single structure adopts
16、the technique of structure preservation+surface renovation,part of the industrial structure is actually presented,the silver perforated aluminum plates form a broken line architectural modeling,and the hole patterns are organic and change gradually,as tidy and clean and delicate as beer foam.The new image forms a simple and modern visual perception,and there are echoes of history in the details.From the site to the architecture,from the whole to the details,the design explores the organic balanc
