6、sur dautres entres dutilisation.Celaest particulirement applicable aux convertisseurs dont la commutation lectroniquefonctionne une fois ou plus dune fois par priode de la tension dalimentation.Si des filtres sont installs,ils ne doivent pas rduire la rsistance disolement entre lesphases de laliment
7、ation et la terre jusqu des niveaux non acceptables.Si le courant defuite est suprieur 30 mA,des transformateurs disolement doivent tre installs.NOTE Les courants harmoniques,agissant sur limpdance de lalimentation gnrent des tensionsharmoniques.Ces harmoniques de courant et de tension peuvent entra
8、ner des dysfonctionnements et deschauffements dans dautres matriels du navire si la prsence ventuelle de ces harmoniques na pas tprise en considration lors de la conception du matriel.Pour des systmes comportant une majorit deconvertisseurs,il peut ne pas tre possible de supprimer de tels harmonique
9、s au niveau de la source.Enconsquence,il peut tre ncessaire de prendre des mesures appropries pour attnuer ces effets sur lesmatriels critiques;de telles mesures peuvent inclure lisolation lectrique,par exemple des groupesgnrateurs,des filtres dans lalimentation des matriels critiques,un blindage ap

12、 voting for the approval of this amendment can be found in thereport on voting indicated in the above table.Page 117.2?Effects from and on the supply or load systemAdd,after subclause 7.2.2,the following new subclause:7.2.3 Semiconductor convertors shall not cause distortion in the voltage waveform
13、ofpower supply to levels exceeding the voltage waveform tolerances at the other user inputterminals.This is,in particular,applicable to convertors that employ electronic switchesoperating once or more than once per cycle of the power supply voltage.If fitted,filters shall not decrease the insulation
14、 resistance between the supply phases andearth to unacceptable levels.In cases where the earth current exceeds 30 mA,isolatingtransformers shall be fitted.NOTE Current harmonics,interacting with the impedance of the supply will generate voltage harmonics.Both current and voltage harmonics can cause
15、malfunction and overheating in other equipment in the ship,if their possible presence has not been taken into account in the equipment design.For systems whereconvertor rating is large and constitutes a significant proportion of the system rating,it may not be feasibleto suppress such harmonics at t
