9、uction of the content of clause 7 in IEC 62305-4 and in 81/238/CDV.This is a document devoted,between others,to the internal protection of equipment by means of SPD sets.In connection with this an enormously strange situation appears presently,because the principles of this protection have been redu
10、ced to two only general references sending the standard user to other standards without exact information on clauses and subclauses,in which the user could find a specific solution of his task.Moreover,it should be mentioned that the revised version of IEC 60364-53 is not yet accepted by TC 64 and t
11、hat none of the listed standards(IEC 60364-5-53,IEC 61643-12 and IEC 61643-22)is devoted directly to the protection of structures against LEMP,where specific conditions of such protection need to be considered.If our comment is not accepted,the Polish NC will consider casting a negative vote on 81/2
