2、要】目的探讨“如盐在水、润物无声”的思政育人理念在研究生护理学研究方法课程思政教育中的实施效果。方法选取贵州某大学 2021 级护理学专业 46 名硕士研究生为研究对象,以护理学研究方法课程为载体,挖掘其中的思政育人点,通过讲述中国故事,运用典型案例、翻转课堂等教学方式,完善课程思政教学路径和教学设计,采用自行设计的课程思政调查问卷评价教学效果。结果课程思政呈现方式多种多样,研究生学习积极性高,教学效果好。100.0%(46/46)的研究生赞成专业课程结合思政教育。在所有课程思政教学方式中,研究生更喜爱典型案例、讲述中国故事、翻转课堂、线上线下相结合方式,其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。9

3、1.3%(42/46)的研究生表示会把思政教育内化于行,91.3%(42/46)的研究生认为思政教育与专业课程的融合对于个人生活、思想、行为有较大的影响。结论护理学研究方法课程思政育人教学方案有效地提高了课程教学效果,促进了“教授知识”与“思政育人”的有机统一,有利于促进护理学专业硕士研究生的“精神成人”,为研究生“思政育人”教育模式提供了参考。【关键词】护理学研究方法;课程思政教育;护理学研究生;教学改革;实施效果【中图分类号】-05基金项目:2021 年贵州省研究生教育创新计划项目:“新时代医者精神融入护理硕士专业学位研究生核心课程思政教育的实践探索”(黔教合 YJSJGKT 2021 0

10、highly motivated and the teaching effect wasgood.100.0%(46/46)of students were in favor of combining civics with professional courses.Among allcourse civics teaching blocks,students prefered typical cases,telling Chinese stories,flipped classroom,andcombined online and offline modules,and the differ

16、DOI:10.20019/ki.1672-0024.2023.01.018 072020 年,教育部印发的高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要 指出:“要全面推进高校课程思政建设,发挥好每门课程的协同育人作用。”1“指导纲要”要求研究生教育全面推动课程思政建设,落实协同育人的教学目标,为国家培养大批德才兼备的高素质人才。同时,课程思政融入专业课程不能牵强附会,必须提高思政教学的亲和力和针对性,应当做到“如盐在水、润物无声”,达到潜移默化的育人效果2。护理学研究方法是护理学专业硕士研究生的核心课程,旨在培养具有科研能力、创新能力、分析问题和解决问题能力的护理人才,并为研究生日后在临床护理实践中发现存在的问题并解决这些问题提供帮助,这对推动护理学专业发展具有重要意义。以往的专业课程教学多重视知识传授而忽视价值引领3。护理学研究方法课程内容比较抽象、枯燥,教师在清晰、生动地讲解知识的同时,将思政元素与科研知识相关联,使两者有机融合,实现知识传授与价值引领同步达成,激发研究生的学习兴趣,提高研究生的学习效果。目前,在护理学专业硕士研究生科研培养相关课程中,与课程思政相结合的相关研究鲜见。护理学研究方法
