6、you.面试自我介绍有哪些禁忌1.忌讳主动介绍个人爱好。面试时不要介绍个人爱好，除非面试官主动问。有被面试者虽然工作多年了，往往在做自我介绍时，仍兴致盎然地介绍个人爱好，如：登山、打球、听音乐等等，不仅白白浪费时间，还让面试官感觉你成熟度不够。注意，个人爱好不等于个人特长。2.忌讳头重脚轻。上来把自己刚参加工作那一段经历讲得非常详细，讲得眉飞色舞，以至于忽略了时间，突然发现时间很紧了，只好把近年的事情一代而过，结果面试官对你的把握还停留在你刚参加工作那一段经历里，对你的能力会产生错误的判断，同时会认为你时间概念不强。曾有一位被面试者，我连续提醒和引导，1小时还没有做完自我介绍。还有一位老总都工

8、干什么来的。5.忌讳把岗位职责当个人业绩来呈现。比方是市场部总监，结果你把整个市场部的职责逐条介绍了一遍，占了很多时间。你应该介绍自己在担任市场部总监这段时间内，自己所做出的个人努力，采取的工作方法，动用了什么资源，最终取得的实实在在的业绩。出现这种情况，往往是面试经验不丰富造成的，通过专业的猎头参谋，会帮助你防止这种低级错误。6.忌讳说满和说谎。在做自我介绍时，全部事实不一定都说尽，但说出来的一定是事实，一定不要说谎，不要把自己吹嘘得天花乱坠，无所不能。说得太完美了，面试官也不会相信，轻那么会认为你自我认知能力不够，重那么会认为你职业操守有问题。坦然面对我们过往工作经历中的一些曲折，也是一种职业品质和潇洒。7.忌讳言谈举止非职业化。人在职场就要职业化。言谈举止不要太随意，不要用很世俗、江湖、随意的语言来介绍自己，应该用近乎书面的语言来表达。举止端庄即可，不要摇头晃脑、表情过于丰富，眼光尽量直视面试官。
