1、GB/T222-20065.1.2如果对成品化学成分的某种或某几种元素的允许偏差与表1、表2或表3的规定有不同要求(缩小或加大)时,由供需双方协商确定。5.2产品标准在规定成品化学成分允许偏差时,应写明本标准号及5.1条所述表号。一种钢的成品化学成分允许偏差,只能使用一个表,不能两个表同时混用。5.3成品分析所得的值,不能超过标准规定化学成分界限值的上限加上偏差,或不能超过标准规定化学成分界限值的下限减下偏差。同一熔炼号的成品分析,同一元素只允许有单项偏差,不能同时出现上偏差和下偏差。举例:优质碳素结构钢20号钢,其熔炼化学成分的碳含量,标准规定界限值为:上限0.23%,下限0.17%,在作成
2、品钢材化学分析时,假如有一熔炼号的钢材出现碳含量为0.25%,说明超出标准规定上限值0.02%,按本标准表1规定,钢材的碳含量是合格的;假如另一熔炼号的钢材出现碳含量为0.15%。说明超出标准规定下限值0.02%,按本标准表1规定,钢材的碳含量也是合格的。5.4因故未能取得熔炼分析试样,或因熔炼分析试样不正确而得不到熔炼成分的可靠结果,可采用成品分析来代替熔炼分析,此时成品分析的成分值应符合熔炼成分的规定,不得采用本标准表1、表2或表3中规定的成品成分允许偏差。表1非合金钢和低合金钢成品化学成分允许偏差单位为质量分数允许偏差元素规定化学成分上限值上偏差下偏差0.250.020.02C0.250
