7、l ortho-phthalate ester plasticizers:4.1.1 Type I,2-ethyl hexyl phthalate ester,and4.1.2 Type II,mixed isooctyl phthalate ester.5.Chemical Requirements5.1 The plasticizer shall conform to the requirements pre-scribed in Table 1.6.Physical Requirements6.1 The plasticizer shall be substantially free o
8、f suspendedmatter.6.2 The odor of the plasticizer shall be mild.7.Sampling and Test Methods7.1 Sample and test the plasticizer in accordance withMethods D 1045 and determine moisture in accordance withTest Method E 203.8.Retest and Rejection8.1 If any failure occurs,the materials may be retested toe
9、stablish conformity in accordance with agreement betweenthe purchaser and the seller.9.Packaging and Package Marking9.1 PackagingThe material shall be packaged in standardcommercial containers,so constructed as to ensure acceptanceby common or other carriers for safe transportation at thelowest rate
10、 to the point of delivery,unless otherwise specifiedin the contract or order.9.2 Package MarkingShipping containers shall bemarked with the name of the material,type,and the quantitycontained therein,as defined by the contract or order underwhich shipment is made,the name of the manufacturer,and the
