4、s special problems dueto the possibility of negative hydrostatic pressure causing lossof bond to the substrate.Consideration of these problems isbeyond the scope of this guide.Consult the membrane manu-facturer for recommendations when this situation exists.1.3 The committee having jurisdiction for
