The ther requirement fr the draw-dwn have been satisfied.ARTICLE 8 REPAYMENT PLAN AND PREPAYMENT1. The Brrwer shall repay th

The installment f repayment shall nt less than 1 millin.ARTICLE 9 DEBT CERTIFICATEThe Lender shall keep recrd in the Lenders accunt fr the principal,interests and fees and ther fees f the Brrwer under this cntract; The abve mentined recrd and the
