2、lfill the duties of employers,manufacturers,or suppliers to warn and properly train and equip their employees and others who may be exposed,to health and safety risks and cannot prescribe precautions,nor does API undertake their obligations under local,state,or federal laws.Information concerning sa

3、fety and health risks and proper precautions with respect to particular materials and conditions shall be obtained from the employer,the manufacturer,the supplier of that material,or the material safety data sheet.Nothing contained in any API publication can be construed as granting any right,by imp

4、lication or otherwise,for the manufacture,sale,or use of any method,apparatus,or product covered by letters patent.Do not construe anything contained in the publication as insuring anyone against liability for infringement of letters patent.Generally,API standards are reviewed and revised,reaffirmed
