12、 and Accessories.This Standardis a revision of ASME B107.16-1992,Shears(Metal Cutting,Bench and Hand).Significant changes made to the 1992 edition of this Standard consist of revising thetitle of the Standard to read“Shears(Metal Cutting,Hand),”removing the Bench Typecutting shears,and revising Clas
