6、traffic marking less effective as a lane or directionalindicator.This test method describes how to prepare a panel forevaluation.The very subjective method of evaluating thedegree of bleeding raises questions as to the usefulness of theresult for specification compliance.4.Apparatus4.1 Film Applicat
