4、,an effective materialthermal inertia value(kc),and a flame-heating parameter()pertinent to lateral flame spread.1.3 The results of this test method are potentially useful topredict the time to ignition,tig,and the velocity,V,of lateralflame spread on a vertical surface under a specified externalflu
