10、be refurbished by any procedure in whichthe cleaning solvent is water.Drycleanable soft windowcoverings include those that should be refurbished by anyprocedure in which the cleaning solvent is primarily nonaque-ous and used in drycleaning.3.2 For definitions of textile terms used in this specificat
