10、rchasecontract.8.Rejection and Resubmittal8.1 Failure to conform to any of the requirements prescribedin this specification may constitute grounds for rejection.In thecase of rejection,the seller shall have the right to reinspect therejected material and resubmit the lot after removal of thosepackag
11、es not conforming to the requirements.9.Packaging and Package Marking9.1 All products shall be packaged and labeled in accor-dance with applicable regulations.Each package shall bemarked to indicate the applicable ASTM specification.Pack-ages containing product meeting Type II shall bear a statement
