1、Designation:D275900(Reapproved 2010)Standard Practice forSampling Gas from a Transformer Under Positive Pressure1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D2759;the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or,in the case of revision, the year of la

2、st revision.A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval.Asuperscript epsilon()indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1.Scope1.1 This practice covers the sampling of gas above theinsulating liquid of a transformer.A gas sampling bottlecollects the gas sa

3、mple from the gas space that is at a positivepressure.1.2 Representative samples of gas are taken for analysis todetermine their compositions.1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded asstandard. No other units of measurement are included in thisstandard.1.4 This standard does not purport

4、to address all of thesafety concerns,if any, associated with its use.It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.2.Significance and Use2.1 A gas sample from above the
