10、icance and Use4.1 This test method is a measure of the solubility of asphaltin trichloroethylene or toluene solvent.The portion that issoluble in the solvent represents the active cementing constitu-ents.NOTE2The quality of the results produced by this standard aredependent on the competence of the
11、personnel performing the procedureand the capability,calibration,and maintenance of the equipment used.Agencies that meet the criteria of Specification D3666 are generallyconsidered capable of competent and objective testing,sampling,inspection,etc.Users of this standard are cautioned that complianc
