3、port to address all of thesafety concerns,if any,associated with its use.It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.1.3 When the potential exists that the installat

4、ion or use ofthermal insulation materials,accessories,and systems will posesafety or health problems,the manufacturers shall provide theuser with appropriate current information regarding any knownproblems associated with the recommended use of theproducts,and shall also recommend protective measure
