15、9428-2959.United States1 6.Materials and Manufacture6.1 Pipe shall be made from flat-rolled alloy by an auto-matic welding process with no addition of filler metal.Subse-quent to welding and before final solution treatment,Class 1and Class 2 material shall be cold worked either in both weldand base
16、metal or in weld metal only.NOTE1The recommended heat treatment shall consist of heating to atemperature of 1975 to 2150F(1080 to 1180C)for UNS N08354,or2010 to 2100F(1100 to 1150C)for UNS N08925 and UNS N08926,followed by quenching in water or rapid cooling by other means.6.2 Pipe shall be furnished with oxide removed.Whensolution treatment is performed in a protective atmosphere,descaling is not necessary.NOTE2Pipe produced with the addition of filler metal is available.The manufacturer must b
