6、de is to establish guidelines foraudits of amusement rides and devices.4.2 An audit can include inspections,evaluations,or exami-nations during the design,manufacturing,installation,commissioning,operation,or major modification of an amuse-ment ride or device.4.3 This guide is not intended to requir
7、e recurring design,manufacturing,installation,commissioning or major modifica-tion audits.Rather,it is intended that such audits be performedduring the relevant stages of an amusement ride or devicesdesign,manufacture,installation,commissioning or majormodification.5.General5.1 Auditor(s)shall have
8、sufficient relevant education,experience,and training to properly audit an amusement ride ordevice as defined in this standard.5.2 The auditor must prepare for and comply with allpersonal health and safety requirements as they pertain to thescope of the audit.5.3 Inspection tools,test equipment,gaug
9、es,or other de-vices shall be in proper working order and,where applicable,calibrated.Calibration shall be established by a record ofcalibration showing calibration traceable to accepted standardsspecific to the equipment used(for example,AISC,ASME,ANSI,etc.).6.Design Audit Program6.1 When performin
10、g an audit of a new design of anamusement ride or device,the auditor shall review confor-mance to Practice F2291 or the applicable F24 standard ineffect at the time of the design.7.Manufacturing Audit Program7.1 When performing an audit of the manufacturing of anamusement ride or device,the auditor(
11、s)shall review confor-mance to Practice F1193.8.Installation and Commissioning Audit Program8.1 When performing an audit of the installation and com-missioning of an amusement ride or device,the auditor(s)shall:8.1.1 Perform an inspection of equipment condition perSection 9 through Section 13 of Pra
