11、keep a record of the documenta-tion used to show compliance of each approved systemconfiguration produced to all applicable consensus specifica-tions and regulatory requirements in effect at the time ofmanufacture.4.3 Revisions to documentation affecting compliance shallbe tracked and the change pro
12、cess for developing,reviewing,and incorporating revisions to compliance documentation shallbe controlled.4.4 The organization must ensure and verify the use of theproper revision of any compliance document.5.Product Definition Process5.1 Function Identification:5.1.1 Document the intended function(s
