1、安 徽 医 药 Anhui Medical and Pharmaceutical Journal 2023 Feb，27（2）者在临床实践中感觉存在差异，因男性骨盆较女性更窄、更高，故经直肠将标本取出难度更大。笔者认为这可能与研究纳入样本量较小有关；因本次研究属于回顾性报道，部分病人缺少肿瘤物理特征指标，故研究中并未纳入，包括肿瘤形态、坚硬度等；部分特殊形态肿瘤病灶即使较大亦可顺利经直肠取出；作为单中心报道，所得结果仍有待后续研究进一步确证。综上所述，直肠癌病人直肠前切除术中经自然腔道标本取出结局与BMI、肿瘤梗阻有无、肿瘤距肛缘长度、肿瘤长径及直肠系膜前后径独立相关；术前应综合评估病人相关临
