1、安 徽 医 药 Anhui Medical and Pharmaceutical Journal 2023 Feb,27(2)者在临床实践中感觉存在差异,因男性骨盆较女性更窄、更高,故经直肠将标本取出难度更大。笔者认为这可能与研究纳入样本量较小有关;因本次研究属于回顾性报道,部分病人缺少肿瘤物理特征指标,故研究中并未纳入,包括肿瘤形态、坚硬度等;部分特殊形态肿瘤病灶即使较大亦可顺利经直肠取出;作为单中心报道,所得结果仍有待后续研究进一步确证。综上所述,直肠癌病人直肠前切除术中经自然腔道标本取出结局与BMI、肿瘤梗阻有无、肿瘤距肛缘长度、肿瘤长径及直肠系膜前后径独立相关;术前应综合评估病人相关临
