9、COMPENSATION OF IMPEDANCE VARIATIONS FOREWORD 1)The International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees(IEC National Committees).The object of IEC is to promote international co-operation on all questions c
